Ground beef casserole with cauliflower


  • Head of cauliflower 1 pc.
  • Ground beef 700 g
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Onion 1 pc
  • White bread 200 gr
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Soak white bread pulp in milk, press it and add to the meat.

Chop carrot and onion, fry in vegetable oil, salt, pepper and also add to the ground beef. Thoroughly mix everything, adding the egg.

Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook in salted water for 2 minutes, then put it in a colander and let the water drain off.

Grease a baking dish, put 3-4 cm layer of stuffing and place cabbage florets on top of it, pour the rest of the stuffing, smooth the surface and grease it with butter.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °С.
