- Berry jam – 2 tablespoons (30 g)
- Vegetable oil for greasing the pan
- Flour – 1.75 oz (50 g)

- Ready-made puff pastry – 7 oz (200 g)
- Pitted prunes – 8.8 oz (250 g)

Instructions:
Prepare the Prunes:
Wash the prunes and soak them in warm boiled water for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse again, and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Make the Almond Batter:
Cream the butter with the sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the cognac. Mix the ground almonds with the flour, then gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring constantly.
