  • Curry powder – 0.25 teaspoon
  • 1 potato
  • Cream (9% fat) – 2 tablespoons

  • Mustard – 0.25 cup (60 ml)
  • 1 medium parsnip
  • Honey – 0.25 cup (60 ml)
  • Medium apples – 4

Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce:
