Crispy Pickles Marinated in Sparkling Water

Crispy Pickles Marinated in Sparkling Water


  • 1 Kilogram (2.2 lbs) of small or medium cucumbers
  • 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) of sparkling mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • A bunch of dill


  1. Start by placing half of the dill on the bottom of a container. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and trim the ends, then tightly pack them into the container.
  2. Add the remaining dill and finely chopped garlic on top of the cucumbers.
  3. Dissolve the salt in the sparkling mineral water and pour the mixture over the cucumbers, ensuring they are completely covered.
  4. Place the container in the refrigerator. The pickles will be ready in 12-14 hours.
