- 1 Kilogram (2.2 lbs) of small or medium cucumbers
- 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) of sparkling mineral water
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- Three cloves of garlic
- A bunch of dill
- Start by placing half of the dill on the bottom of a container. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and trim the ends, then tightly pack them into the container.
