- Chicken egg – 3 pieces (180 grams or approximately 3/4 cup)
- Sugar – 80 grams (2/5 cup)
- Wheat flour – 80 grams (2/3 cup)
For the cream:
- Cottage cheese (9% fat) – 150 grams (5.3 ounces or approximately 2/3 cup)
- Cream (20% fat) – 100 grams (3.5 ounces or approximately 1/2 cup)
- Butter – 50 grams (3.5 tablespoons)
- Powdered sugar – 120 grams (1 cup)
- Vanilla extract – a pinch
Instructions:
Prepare the Pastry:
Beat the eggs with sugar until thick and creamy, then add the flour.
