- Button mushrooms: 6-8
- Medium onion: 1
- Garlic cloves: 2
- Fresh ginger root: 1 cm (0.4 inch)
- Sesame oil: 2 tsp (10ml)
- Cornstarch: 1 tbsp (8g)
- Oyster sauce: 1/3 cup (80ml)
- Sherry: 1/3 cup (80ml)
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp (30ml)
- Brown sugar: 1 tbsp (12g)
- Red chili flakes: 1/2 tsp (2.5g)

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel and slice the onion. Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the mushrooms thinly. Cut the beef into thin strips.
Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Add the beef and onion, mix well, and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
Cook the Noodles:
