- Chicken fillets: 6
- Couscous: 100g (3.5 oz)
- Chicken broth: 175ml (3/4 cup)
- Pears: 4

- Lemon juice: from 1 lemon
- Bacon: 16 slices
- Butter: 50g (3.5 tbsp)
- Onion: 1
- Salt: to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Couscous:
Pour the couscous into a pot and add the boiling chicken broth. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cook the Onions and Pears:
Peel and chop the onion. Wash the pears, core them, and cut into large cubes.
Heat half of the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Add the pears and cook over low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and pound them to a thickness of about 1 cm (0.4 inches).
Mix the Filling:
