Ingredients:
- Chicken eggs, 4 pcs
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Refined vegetable oil, 1 tbsp (17 grams)
- Sesame oil, 3 grams
- Soy sauce, 2 tbsp (35 grams)
- Ginger root, 1 piece
- Potato, 1 pc (150 grams) / (0.35 pounds)
- Chicken mince, 300 grams (0.7 pounds)
- Shallots, 2 pcs
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Instructions:
Peel and dice the potato, then place it in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook until tender.
Meanwhile, slice the ginger root into 2 parts, place it in a bowl, and add 2–3 tbsp of water. Let the ginger soak for 20 minutes, then remove from the bowl.
Drain the water from the boiled potato and mash it into a puree.
Transfer the mashed potato to a bowl, add the chicken mince, finely chopped shallots (1 pc), soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
Mix the filling thoroughly, add the ginger-infused water, and mix again.
Crack each egg into a separate bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper to each, and beat. Fry each egg in a heated skillet, adding some chopped shallots and black sesame seeds.
Place an omelet on a plate, spread ¼ of the filling evenly over it, leaving some space at the edges.
Carefully roll up the dense chicken filling.
Steam the chicken rolls in a steamer or in a multi-cooker on the appropriate setting for 10 minutes, then cool.
Slice each chicken mince roll into small pieces.
Enjoy your meal!
