Cheesy Garlic Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Grate the Cheese and Garlic: Grate the cheese finely and mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Prepare the Egg-Cheese Mixture: Combine half of the grated cheese with eggs and dried dill. This mixture will be used to create a delicious golden-brown crust on top of the casserole.
