  • Chicken fillets: 500g (1.1 lbs)
  • Hot red pepper: 1 small
  • Blue cheese: 50g (1.8 oz)
  • Sour cream (30% fat): 300g (10.6 oz)
  • Salt: to taste

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken: Wash and dry the chicken fillets, then cut them into pieces. Place the chicken in a bowl, pour in 200g (7 oz) of sour cream, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
