  • Vegetable oil: 4 tbsp (60ml)
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp (15ml)

Slice the turkey fillet into thin strips. Cut the bell pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, and slice into thin strips.
