Be sure to try making chicken with this unique recipe. In spite of the simplicity of preparation the dish turns out very tasty and unusual!
- chicken – 1 kg,
- plums – 1 kg.
- coriander – 1 bunch,
- parsley – 1 bunch,
- olive oil – 3-5 tbsp,
- red balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp,
- celery- 1 root,
- garlic- 2 cloves,
- chili pepper ,
- sea salt – 0,5 tsp,
- ground black pepper.
Wash and dry chicken, cut it in two halves, salt and pepper it. Leave it to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Mix cilantro, parsley, celery, garlic, chili pepper in the blender bowl.
Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper, and beat to a sauce.
Coat the chicken with the flavorful sauce and arrange the pitted plums around it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius – about 40-45 minutes until tender.
