Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cookies: 300 grams (10.6 ounces)
- Cottage Cheese: 2 packs (360 grams)
- Sour Cream: 300-400 grams (10.6-14.1 ounces)
- Sugar: 150 grams (adjust to taste)
- Gelatin: 20 grams
- Chocolate Bar: 1 piece (optional)
Instructions:
- Soak the gelatin in 50 grams of cold boiling water and let it sit for 40 minutes.
- Crush the cottage cheese, add sugar to it, and mix in the sour cream. Thoroughly combine everything using a mixer.
- Pour the dissolved gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture heated over a water bath.
- Beat the mixture again with a mixer until smooth and free of lumps.
- Line a rectangular cake pan with foil or plastic wrap and arrange a layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan.
- Spoon a layer of the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture over the cookies.
- Add another layer of cookies on top of the mixture, followed by another layer of the cottage cheese mixture. Repeat this process to create 4 layers of cookies.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Once set, invert the cake onto a serving plate, remove the foil or plastic wrap, and drizzle melted chocolate over the top if desired.
