Recipe:
This recipe works wonders in a multicooker, but of course, you can also stew this cabbage with meat in a regular pot or sauté pan on the stovetop.
Chop onions, potatoes, and carrots. Sauté everything in butter.
Transfer everything to a pot or multicooker, add water. Mix in spices, sugar, salt, minced garlic, bay leaf, and vinegar. Add meat, either in one piece or cut into chunks, and chopped cabbage.
Simmer on low heat for about an hour.
If using a multicooker, set the “Stew” mode for a few hours. In this case, add the cabbage an hour before the cooking time is up.
Enjoy your meal!
