INGREDIENTS

  • 800 grams of zucchini
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 50 ml. milk or cream
  • 1 onion (100-120 g)
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves

  • Greens (basil, parsley, dill – whatever you like)
  • 1 tsp. ground breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the zucchinis from their skins.

Onion and garlic cut into small cubes and fry together in vegetable oil until the onion is soft and transparent, about three minutes.

Then add carrots grated on a medium grater.

Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add zucchini, stir and continue cooking until zucchini are soft, about 7-10 minutes.
