Ingredients:
- 600 grams (1.3 pounds) ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried paprika
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (15 grams)
- Bread crumbs, to taste
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 2 cloves of garlic (10 grams)
- 1 onion (150 grams)
- 100 grams (3.5 ounces) zucchini
- 6 eggs
- 400 grams (0.9 pounds) ground chicken
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Place cold eggs in boiling salted water. When the water boils again, cook for 1 minute, cover, and turn off the heat. After 10 minutes, drain the water, cool the eggs under cold running water, and carefully peel.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, stir, remove from heat, and let cool.
Mix ground beef and chicken with the sautéed onion and garlic. Grate the zucchini using a medium grater and add it to the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of cold water until smooth, then add it to the meat mixture and mix very thoroughly. Generously grease a loaf pan with oil. Sprinkle bread crumbs, salt, and pepper on the bottom and sides of the pan. Carefully spread about a third of the meat mixture on the bottom.
Arrange the boiled eggs in a row on top of the meat. Cover with the remaining meat mixture, pressing down firmly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, salt, and pepper, and cover the pan with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes for a golden brown crust.
