For the ground meat mixture:
- Two potatoes
- One carrot
- 10.58 oz (300 g) ground pork
- One clove of garlic
- 0.18 oz (5 g) salt

For the sauce:
- 0.71 oz (20 g) tomato sauce (or one cup of tomato juice)
- 7.05 oz (200 g) water
- 1.41 oz (40 g) sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Italian spices to taste
Grate the peeled carrot and transfer it to a suitable container. Then grate the potato, let the excess liquid drain, and combine it with the grated carrot.
To the grated vegetables, add the ground meat, squeeze in the garlic, add paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Now, shape the mixture into elongated patties. With this amount of mixture, you should be able to make about seven patties.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat and fry the patties on both sides until a crust forms. This will take no more than five minutes. It’s not necessary to cook them through; the main thing is for the patties to hold together.
Now, let’s prepare the sauce. Dilute the tomato sauce (or tomato paste) with water (one cup).
Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Pour in the diluted sauce, add the sour cream, Italian spices, and salt.
In this sauce, simmer the patties over low heat until they are cooked through. This will take approximately 25-30 minutes.
