- 3 prunes

Instructions:
- Attention! You need to prepare this breakfast in the evening, not in the morning! Steep the prunes in 1/2 cup boiling water, cover with a lid, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, and low-fat yogurt.
- Drain the water from the prunes, let them cool down, and finely chop them.
- Add the chopped prunes to the other ingredients.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
