For the Filling:

  • 1 cup of blueberries (1 cup / 150 g)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar (2-3 tbsp / 28-42 g)
  • 0.5 cups of semolina (0.5 cups / 85 g)

For the Cream:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (1 tbsp / 15 ml)
  • 0.3 cups of sour cream (0.3 cups / 75 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (2 tbsp / 28 g)

For the Dough:

  • 100 grams of sugar (100 g / 0.5 cups)
  • 100 grams of butter, plus 0.5 tbsp for greasing the pan (100 g / 7 tbsp + 0.5 tbsp)
  • 200 grams of sour cream (200 g / 0.85 cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups of flour (1.5 cups / 180 g)
  • 0.5 teaspoons of baking powder (0.5 tsp / 2.5 g)

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until well combined.
  2. Soften the butter and mix it with the sour cream and egg-sugar mixture.
  3. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring constantly, until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
