Mustard-infused Patties

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince: 500 grams (1.1 pounds)
  • Pork mince: 500 grams (1.1 pounds)
  • Potatoes: 3 pieces
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Onion: 3 pieces
  • Bread roll: 150 grams (5.3 ounces)
  • Mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Milk: 0.5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (ground) to taste
  • Water: 3 tablespoons

Mustard-infused Patties

Instructions:

  1. Mix pork mince with beef mince, add finely chopped onion, and grated potatoes.
  2. Soak the bread roll in milk until it swells, then add it to the mince along with the milk.
  3. In beaten egg, add mustard, salt, and pepper, then mix with the mince. Knead the mince mixture thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them on a well-heated skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown, then add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer until done.
