Have you ever cooked oatmeal in the oven? If not, I highly recommend a try! When I saw this recipe, at first I thought, well, yes, oatmeal in the oven, what’s wrong here. But when I cooked them, the incredible aroma and unsurpassed taste convinced me that now only this way, I will always cook oatmeal! Try it and you will like it!
It turns out that oatmeal is a very versatile product: you can cook from them not only the usual porridge, but also delicious bars for a quick bite and even a casserole. I would like to pay special attention to the last dish.
Lush oatmeal casserole will diversify your breakfasts, you will make sure that healthy and nutritious dishes can be very tasty. You can add any frozen berries to the cereal, but with cherries the casserole is especially aromatic.
- oatmeal – 12 tbsp.
- water – 1.5 cup
- egg – 1
- cherry – 50 gr
- walnuts to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- sugar – 3 tbsp.
- apple – 1
- Pour boiling water over the flakes and let it brew for 5 minutes.
- Add diced apple, cherry, sugar and egg, mix well.
- Put the oatmeal dough in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and ground nuts.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pour aromatic coffee into a cup and start your day deliciously!
It’s either oatmeal, or a healthy casserole with fruits, but what’s the difference, the main thing is that it’s very tasty. This is not a simple oatmeal on water, which is usually tasteless. Believe me, half an hour spent in the morning is worth it in the end to enjoy this wonderful breakfast. Not only healthy, but also delicious. If desired, you can add various dried fruits, fresh or frozen berries – choose according to your taste preferences. Here it is, the perfect breakfast!
