  • Onions – 3 pieces
  • Carrots – 3 pieces
  • Semolina – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs – 1 piece
  • Pepper, salt to taste

Instructions for Cooking Liver Royale:

  1. Grind the liver using a meat grinder or blend it until finely chopped.
  2. Add semolina and milk to the liver. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and let it sit for an hour to an hour and a half for the semolina to swell.
  3. Grate carrots coarsely and finely chop the onions. Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil until softened. Season with salt.
