Ingredients for Liver Royale:
- Liver – 500-600g (1.1-1.32 lbs)
- Onions – 3 pieces
- Carrots – 3 pieces
- Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
- Eggs – 1 piece
- Pepper, salt to taste
Instructions for Cooking Liver Royale:
- Grind the liver using a meat grinder or blend it until finely chopped.
- Add semolina and milk to the liver. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and let it sit for an hour to an hour and a half for the semolina to swell.
- Grate carrots coarsely and finely chop the onions. Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil until softened. Season with salt.
- Mix eggs with mayonnaise and beat slightly.
- Divide the liver into three parts and the vegetables into two parts.
