Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Pumpkin: 250g (8.8 oz)
  • Lime Juice: Juice of 1/2 lime
  • All-Purpose Flour: 200g (7.1 oz)
  • Dry Yeast: 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Large Potatoes: 150g (5.3 oz)
  • Cooked Peeled Shrimp: 200g (7.1 oz)
  • Egg: 1
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying


Dissolve the dry yeast in 180ml of warm water. Add sifted flour, egg, and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Cut the shrimp into small pieces and finely chop the garlic. Grate the potatoes and pumpkin using a coarse grater.
