Ingredients:
- Raw Beets – 3 pieces (about 300 grams or 10.5 ounces)
- Onion – 1 bulb
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Coriander Seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Ground Red Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Vinegar – 1 to 1.5 tablespoons
Instructions:
Grate the raw beets using a grater, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and add vinegar. Allow it to marinate for 2-3 hours, then drain the excess liquid.
In a pan, sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it reaches a dark golden color. Remove the onion from the pan; it won’t be needed further.
