  • Eggs – 4 pieces
  • Sausages – 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
  • Bell Pepper – 1 piece
  • Cheese – 30 grams (1 ounce)
  • Potatoes – 3 pieces
  • Onion – 1 head
  • Fresh Herbs to taste (I love plenty of herbs, so my version includes a generous amount)
  • Salt, Pepper – to taste

Frittata: Step-by-Step Recipe:

  1. Begin by boiling the potatoes until they are cooked through.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, slice the onion into rings and dice or slice the bell pepper.
  3. Dice the sausages as well.
  4. In a skillet, pour vegetable oil and add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the diced boiled potatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook until golden brown.
  6. Optionally, add spices according to your preference.
  7. Take a deep plate, crack the eggs into it, beat them, and add the diced sausages.
  8. Transfer the sautéed vegetables into a baking dish and pour the egg mixture with sausages on top.
  9. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top five minutes before it’s done.
