Ingredients for Zucchini Casserole:
- Zucchini – 400 grams (0.88 pounds)
- Cheese – 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
- Eggs – 2
- Sour cream – 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
- Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoon
- Flour – 150 grams (1.2 cups)
- Herbs
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Pepper
Instructions for Zucchini Casserole:
- Grate and thoroughly squeeze the zucchini. Finely chop or grate the cheese, and cut the herbs.
