I love mackerel in any form. But these 5 recipes exceeded all my expectations!

Diet lunch: baked mackerel
Ingredients:

✓ Fresh-frozen mackerel – 3 pcs.

✓ Mustard – 3 tsp

✓ Yogurt 0% – 3 tsp

✓ Salt to taste

Cooking:

Carefully wash my fish, gutting, cut off the unnecessary head and tip of the tail.

We soak the carcasses soaked with a paper towel from moisture.

Salt the fish and coat it with sauce (for the sauce you just need to mix mustard and yogurt).

We spread the pieces of fish on a baking sheet (cover it with foil for the purity of the process) and send it to the oven or air grill.

Bake mackerel for 30 minutes at an average temperature of about 180 degrees.

If you want to serve the whole fish to the table, then bake the carcass.

And if in pieces, it’s better to cut the fish still raw, otherwise the finished mackerel will not be cut so nicely.

Baked mackerel with vegetables
Ingredients:

✓ Mackerel 300 g

✓ Large onions 1 pc.

✓ Large carrot 1 pc.

✓ Large tomato 1 pc.

✓ Lemon 1/2 pcs.

✓ Salt, spices to taste

Cooking:

Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Blanch the tomato and peel it off, cut into cubes.

Peel and chop the onions in half rings.

Stir all the vegetables together.

Wash thawed fish and gut it.

The head and tail can be left, but can be removed.

Rinse again, dry.

Squeeze lemon juice on top of the fish, and also grease the fish inside with the juice.

Salt (or without salt) and sprinkle with seasonings to taste.

Let the fish lie for about 20 minutes to soak in spices and lemon.

Put part of the prepared vegetables in the abdomen.

Put the remaining vegetables on the bottom of the bag (sleeve) for baking.

Lay the mackerel on top. Tie the end of the bag.

Mackerel with vegetables is baked for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Serve it with vegetables.

Baked Mackerel with Orange
Ingredients:

✓ Mackerel carcass – 1 pc.

✓ Orange – 0.5 pcs.

✓ Salt, spices – to taste

Cooking:

Salt, add spices to taste.

Cut the orange into slices / circles and put on the fish.

Wrap the mackerel in foil and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.

Then open the foil and brown the fish for another 5 minutes.

Baked mackerel in yogurt sauce, cook for dinner!
Ingredients:

✓ 2 mackerels

✓ 150 g of natural yogurt

✓ 1 onion

✓ 1/2 lemon juice

✓ salt to taste

Cooking:

Gut each mackerel, cut lengthwise into 2 parts, remove the bones.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings (here we grind it into gruel).

Salt yogurt, combine with onion and lemon juice.

Pour mackerel with this mixture, remove marinated in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

We put the mackerel together with the marinade in a baking bag or in a form, bake for 30 minutes.

Serve best with vegetables and garlic sauce.

Mackerel for dinner: a very simple recipe
Ingredients:

✓ Mackerel (medium) 1 pc.

✓ Onion peel (as much as by eye)

✓ Salt 5 tbsp.

Cooking:

Soak the onion peel briefly in water.

Then put on fire and add salt.

5 tablespoons of salt are needed per liter of water (if more water is needed, then salt, respectively).

Boil salted onion water, put mackerel and cook for exactly 3 minutes!

Then put the fish in a colander and you can eat.
