Ingredients:
- Water: 4.2 fl oz (120 grams)
- Sugar: 14.1 oz (400 grams)
- Gelatin (food-grade): 0.35 oz (10 grams)
- Water: 2.1 fl oz (60 grams)
- Lemons: 3 pieces, 14.1 oz (400 grams)

Instructions:
Take three large lemons. Remove the zest and extract the juice.
Soak the gelatin in 2.1 fl oz (60 ml) of cold boiled water and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
Mix 14.1 oz (400 grams) of sugar with 4.2 fl oz (120 ml) of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a bit.
Remove the syrup from heat and add the soaked gelatin.
Pour in the lemon juice, strained through a sieve. Stir the fragrant liquid, which will soon become marmalade, and pour it into a mold.
Cover the mold and place it in the refrigerator (or any other cold place) for 2 hours.
Once set, cut the marmalade into cubes and coat them in sugar on all sides.
