We suggest making a hearty and vitamin vegetable puree soup.
- Green peas 300 g
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Celery club 1/4 pc.
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp.
- Water 1,5 l.
- Provence herb 1/2 tsp.
- Peel and coarsely chop the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and garlic.
- In a pot pour vegetable oil and fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes, add water and cook until tender.
- Add the green peas, seasoning herbs, salt, pepper to taste, cook for 5-10 minutes, then puree in a blender and strain through a sieve.
- Serve with croutons of white or black bread.
