Easy Mashed Vegetable Soup with Green Peas and Celery

Ingredients

  • Green peas 300 g
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Celery club 1/4 pc.
  • Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp.
  • Water 1,5 l.
  • Provence herb 1/2 tsp.

Easy Mashed Vegetable Soup with Green Peas and Celery

Instructions

  1. Peel and coarsely chop the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and garlic.
  2. In a pot pour vegetable oil and fry vegetables for 2-3 minutes, add water and cook until tender.
  3. Add the green peas, seasoning herbs, salt, pepper to taste, cook for 5-10 minutes, then puree in a blender and strain through a sieve.
  4. Serve with croutons of white or black bread.
