If you are too lazy to cook, try this.
1. Oatmeal with fruits and nuts
Ingredients:
1 glass of water;
½ cup of hercules;
1 pinch of salt;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts;
¼ glasses of any fruit or berries.
Cooking
Combine all the ingredients and put in a mug or special form. Microwave for 2 minutes and 20 seconds. If the porridge turns out to be liquid, then cook it for another 10-15 seconds.
2. Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
Ingredients:
½ cup oatmeal;
¾ cup of milk;
1 tablespoon of honey;
1 pinch of salt;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Cooking
Pour milk into the oats and put in the microwave for 2 minutes. You can cook the porridge a little longer if you want it to be thicker. Then add honey, salt and cinnamon, mix well.
3. Oatmeal with egg
Ingredients:
⅓ cup of oatmeal;
½ cup of milk;
1 egg
¼ cup any chopped fruit.
Cooking
Combine all the ingredients in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 1–1.5 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the porridge. The longer it cooks, the thicker it becomes. You can sprinkle porridge with cinnamon, chocolate, raisins or add other toppings to your taste.
4. Apple crumble
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
2 tablespoons of oatmeal;
2 tablespoons of flour;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
1 pinch of salt.
For filling:
1 large apple;
½ tablespoon butter;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
1 teaspoon of corn starch;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
Cooking
Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl, thoroughly rubbing the oil with a fork.
Cut the apple into small cubes, put in a microwave oven and place the butter on top. Heat the apples for a minute to soften.
Remove the form and add the remaining ingredients to the apples. Stir and place the oatmeal mixture on top. Microwave for 2 minutes.
5. Vanilla Cheesecake
Ingredients:
60 g cream cheese;
2 tablespoons of sour cream;
1 egg
½ teaspoon of lemon juice;
a pinch of vanillin;
sugar to taste.
Cooking
Mix all the ingredients and put in the microwave at full power for 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Ready cheesecake can be cooled and sprinkled with berries and chopped nuts or choose other toppings.
6. Omelet with cheese
Ingredients:
2 eggs;
2 tablespoons of milk;
salt to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste;
other spices to taste;
2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Cooking
Beat eggs and milk and pour into a mug. Put in the microwave at full power for 45 seconds. Then take out the mug, mix and place for another 30–45 seconds. Season the prepared omelet with salt, pepper and any other spices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Sandwich with poached egg and sour cream
Ingredients:
½ cup sour cream;
2 eggs;
1 feather of green onions;
1 slice of bread;
1 pinch of paprika.
Cooking
Put sour cream in a microwave container. Add chopped onion and mix. Make a small depression in the sour cream and break the eggs into it.
Cover the container and place in the microwave for 2.5–3.5 minutes until the egg whites are cooked. Put eggs and sour cream on toasted bread and sprinkle with paprika.
8. Omelet with tomatoes and pepper
2 eggs;
2 tablespoons of milk;
2 tablespoons of grated cheese;
½ tomato;
¼ green pepper;
salt to taste;
ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, diced tomato and pepper. Season with spices and pour into a mug. Put in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds. Stir and cook for another 70–80 seconds, until the recipe for a classic Spanish potato omelette omelette rises.
9. Pizza with eggs and sausage
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk;
several slices of sausage – optional;
1 small cake;
2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Cooking
Beat the egg and milk and add the sausage (optional). Pour into a bowl and microwave in full power for 30 seconds. Stir and place for another 15–45 seconds, until the egg has hardened. Put the egg on a cake, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 10-15 seconds until the cheese melts.
10. Quiche with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients:
1 large egg;
1½ tablespoons of milk;
1 teaspoon melted butter;
salt to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste;
4 small tomatoes;
1 thick slice of bread;
1 tablespoon of grated cheese;
several branches of any greens (onion feather, dill, parsley).
Cooking
In a mug, beat the egg, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Add half-sliced tomatoes, small pieces of bread, cheese and chopped greens. Do not mix the ingredients, as they themselves will settle in the egg mixture. Put the mug in the microwave for 1 minute. Sprinkle the finished quiche with chopped herbs.
11. Quiche with spinach
Ingredients:
½ cup fresh spinach;
2 tablespoons of water;
1 egg
⅓ cup of milk;
⅓ cup grated cheese;
1 slice of ham – optional;
salt to taste;
ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking
Put spinach in a cup, fill with water, cover with a napkin and put in the microwave for 1 minute. After that, drain the excess liquid from the mug. Add raw egg, milk, cheese, ham (optional) and spices. Stir, cover the mug with a napkin and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
