Ingredients:

  • Dark Chocolate (preferably 60% cocoa) – 200 g (about 7 oz)
  • All-Purpose Flour – 100 g (about 1/2 cup)
  • Unsalted Butter – 200 g (about 1 cup)
  • Brown Sugar – 225 g (about 1 cup)
  • Eggs – 4 pieces
  • Blackcurrants – 250 g (about 1 1/2 cups)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pan:

  • Grease a 23 x 28 cm (9 x 11 inches) baking pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Blackcurrants:

  • Cut the butter into cubes.
