A simple recipe for homemade multicolored meringue

Ingredients

  • Egg whites 4 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar 200g
  • Sugar 70g
  • Pistachio syrup 1 tsp.
  • Strawberry jam 1 tsp.
  • Apricot or peach jam 1 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Whip egg whites until white foam, then, adding sugar and powdered sugar by teaspoonfuls, whip until the egg foam is firm.
  2. The resulting mixture is divided into 4 parts: one – leave white, in the second – add pistachio syrup, in the third – strawberry jam, in the fourth – apricot or peach jam.
  3. Bake the meringue on parchment paper in an oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 100 °C.

In this way, by adding different fruits to the meringue mix, you can get meringue of the desired color and special flavor!
