How to make the perfect, colorful meringue quickly and deliciously.
- Egg whites 4 pcs.
- Powdered sugar 200g
- Sugar 70g
- Pistachio syrup 1 tsp.
- Strawberry jam 1 tsp.
- Apricot or peach jam 1 tsp.
- Whip egg whites until white foam, then, adding sugar and powdered sugar by teaspoonfuls, whip until the egg foam is firm.
- The resulting mixture is divided into 4 parts: one – leave white, in the second – add pistachio syrup, in the third – strawberry jam, in the fourth – apricot or peach jam.
- Bake the meringue on parchment paper in an oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 100 °C.
In this way, by adding different fruits to the meringue mix, you can get meringue of the desired color and special flavor!
