- minced chicken
- sweet pepper, onion
- tomato paste
- ground red pepper (or hot ketchup)
- sour cream
Fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter chopped onion (half an onion) with half the bell pepper until soft.
Put the roasted vegetables in a plate.
In the same oil fry the minced chicken, adding spices to taste and tomato paste with red pepper for spice.
Cook the minced meat until the liquid evaporates.
Heat a tortilla in the microwave, put grated cheese on one half of it.
On top we add minced meat greased with sour cream.
Cover with fried onions and peppers.
On top, cover with grated cheese, fold in half the tortilla so that it covers the filling on top and heat in the microwave until the cheese melts and “glues” the halves.
