Cheese and Mushroom Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 5 buns
- 3.5 oz (100 g) mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1.75 oz (50 g) cheese
- 1 tomato
Instructions:
- Slice off the top of each bun and remove the inside.
- Spread mayonnaise inside each bun.
- Slice mushrooms and finely chop the onion. Sauté until cooked.
- Place cooked mushrooms at the bottom of each bun, top with a tomato slice, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
Ham and Egg Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 5 buns
- 5 small eggs
- Butter
- 5.3 oz (150 g) ham
- 2 small pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Fresh herbs, to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the ham and pickles into thin strips. Mix them in a bowl with mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
- Cut the buns in half and remove the inside.
- Spread butter inside each bun.
- Fill the buns with the ham and pickle mixture. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
- Crack an egg into each bun and bake until cooked through.
Italian Style Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 5 buns
- 5.3 oz (150 g) smoked sausage
- 1.75 oz (50 g) mozzarella
- A couple of sweet peppers
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Butter
Instructions:
- Cut off the top of each bun and remove the inside.
- Spread butter inside the buns.
- Slice the sausage and mozzarella into rounds, and cut the peppers into strips. Layer them in the buns: mozzarella, sausage, sweet pepper.
- Optionally, add sliced pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup, add another slice of cheese on top, cover with the remaining bun, and bake for 7–10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 5.3 oz (150 g) ground meat
- A couple of bacon slices
- Lettuce leaves

- 5 buns
- 1.75 oz (50 g) cheese
Instructions:
- Cut off the tops of the buns and remove the inside.
- Finely chop the bacon and fry it in a skillet.
- Add ground meat to the bacon, cook until browned, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked meat, chopped lettuce leaves, herbs, and a bit of ketchup. Fill the buns with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with the bun tops. Bake for 7–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
