Ingredients for 8 Servings:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (3 tbsp / 23 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil (4 tbsp / 60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (1 tbsp / 3.8 g)
  • 0.25 teaspoons of dried basil (0.25 tsp / 0.5 g)
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:

Peel the potatoes, onion, carrots, and garlic. Wash the zucchini.

Finely chop the garlic and grate the other vegetables using a coarse grater.
