This breakfast is prepared very quickly and doesn’t require much effort. Just place all the necessary ingredients in a skillet, and within 10 minutes, you’ll have a satisfying dish on the table.
Ingredients:
- 4 round tortillas (if you have regular tortillas, don’t worry, you can cut them into circles)
- 100 grams of sausage
- 3 eggs
- 120 grams of hard cheese
- 10 grams of butter
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Ideally, it’s best to use a skillet with a thick bottom. Grease the bottom with butter. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Pour half of the beaten eggs into the skillet. Next, place the first tortilla. Spread chopped sausage and grated cheese over it.
Follow with the second tortilla, where you’ll distribute sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. On the third layer of tortilla, add sausage and cheese again. Finally, pour the remaining beaten eggs over the fourth layer.
Place the skillet over low heat and cook for five minutes on each side.
Your breakfast is ready!
