Ingredients:
- 5 chicken eggs (300 grams / 10.6 ounces)
- 1 carrot (150 grams / 5.3 ounces)
- 1 clove of garlic (5 grams / 0.2 ounces)
- 140 grams (5 ounces) processed cheese
- 1 bunch of dill
- 80 grams (2.8 ounces) sour cream (20% fat)
- 120 grams (4.2 ounces) homemade mayonnaise
- A pinch of allspice
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Place 2 processed cheese slices (such as Druzhba) in the freezer for 15 minutes. Take 5 eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut carrot into strips, make flower shapes with a plunger. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming clusters like mimosa flowers, alternating with sprigs of dill.
Place a sprig about 7 cm (approximately 2.75 inches) away from the edge of the baking sheet.
Carefully pour the omelet onto the baking sheet. Pour onto the sprig with a tablespoon to avoid disturbing the flowers. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 7 minutes, until lightly golden.
Prepare the filling. Take out the cheese from the freezer, grate it on a coarse grater, add minced garlic and chopped dill. Mix everything together.
Remove the omelet from the oven. Flip it onto parchment paper, carefully removing the parchment it was baked on. Place either food wrap or the same parchment paper on top; we will use it to roll the omelet. Flip it again, keeping the pattern on the bottom. Spread the filling. Carefully roll it up. Wrap it in food wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Slice the roll into portions.
