Ingredients for Patties:
- 5 slices of white bread (5 slices)
- 3 onions (3 onions)
- Parsley (Parsley)
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) ground meat
- 3 eggs (3 eggs)
- 3 tbsp mustard (3 tbsp)
- Salt, pepper (Salt, pepper)
Instructions:
- Begin by preparing the ground meat. Soak the bread slices in milk, then remove excess liquid.
- Finely chop the onions.
- Beat the eggs, add finely chopped parsley, and mix in mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper, then thoroughly knead the mixture by hand.
- Shape the ground meat into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If no paper is available, you can simply grease it with vegetable oil.
- Next, place the patties in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius (390-430 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 30 minutes (the time may vary depending on your oven).
