Ingredients for 6 servings of cookies:
- 1 cup (227 grams) room temperature butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
Instructions:
- Beat the butter with powdered sugar until it forms a fluffy mixture. Add vanilla extract.
- While continuing to beat at low speed, gradually add sifted flour with cornstarch.
- The dough should be soft but not liquid (if the dough is too tight, you can add 40-60 grams of milk).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill a pastry bag with a “star” tip with the dough.
- Pipe roses of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving at least 2 cm between each.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator or freezer for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes until the edges begin to turn golden brown. Cool and serve.
