  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 young zucchini

Cut the butter into cubes.

Beat the egg and add it to the mixture along with 1 tablespoon of cold water.

Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into large pieces.

Slice the onion and zucchini.

Rinse and chop the basil. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add both to the vegetable mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
