Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate – 100 g (about 3.5 ounces)
- Butter – 50 g (about 1/4 cup)
- Sugar – 30 g (about 2 tbsp)
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Flour – 50 g (about 1/3 cup)
- Cocoa – 1 tbsp
- Berries or ice cream – to taste
Instructions:
Melt chocolate and butter using a double boiler.
Whisk eggs with sugar, gently pour into the melted chocolate with butter, and immediately mix.
Add flour.
Grease molds with butter, lightly dust with flour.
Pour the batter into the molds, filling them about 2/3 full.
