INGREDIENTS:
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
For Decoration:
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 2.1 oz candy bits
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg with sugar, softened butter, and mayonnaise until creamy.
Sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Gradually add to the egg mixture, mixing until just combined.
Form dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet, pressing down lightly on each ball.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Melt the candy bits with the milk in the microwave, stirring every 10-12 seconds until smooth.
Once the cookies are cooled, drizzle the melted candy mixture over them with a fork.
