Ingredients:
- 3/8 cup cottage cheese (100 g)
- 4 apples
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp semolina
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 pieces of hazelnuts (or any nuts of your choice)
