Delicious Diet-Friendly Dessert - Baked Apples with Cottage Cheese and Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 3/8 cup cottage cheese (100 g)
  • 4 apples
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 pieces of hazelnuts (or any nuts of your choice)
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix semolina with finely chopped nuts and add melted unsalted butter.
  2. Add cottage cheese, egg yolk, honey, and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Wash the apples and remove the tops. Carefully scoop out the core to create enough space for the filling.
  4. Stuff the apples with the nutty mixture. Place the fruits on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven or microwave at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the hot apples with cinnamon and indulge in this tender and juicy dessert.
