- Powdered sugar – 5.3 oz (150 g)
- Heavy cream (35% fat) – 5.1 fl oz (150 ml)

- Cookie crumbs – 1 cup (120 g)
- Cottage cheese – 21 oz (600 g)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bananas:
Place 3 bananas in the freezer for 3-4 hours before making the cake. Then thaw them at room temperature, peel, and mash into a puree.
Make the Crust:
Blend the butter with the cookie crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a round springform pan. Wet your hands with cold water to smooth the surface. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Prepare the Filling:
Press the cottage cheese through a fine sieve and then beat it with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add the banana puree to the cheese mixture and mix well.
