Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Strawberries — 250 g (approximately 1.5 cups)
- Small lemon — 1 pc.
- Apple juice with pulp — 2 tbsp
- Small orange — 1 pc.
- Low-fat quark — 250 g (about 1 cup)
- Vanilla sugar — 1 packet
- Cookies (preferably with nuts) — 100 g (around 1 cup)
- Strong chilled coffee — 4 tbsp
Instructions:
- Wash, clean, and dry the strawberries. Cut small strawberries in half and larger ones into quarters.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Place the strawberries in a bowl, pour apple and lemon juice over them, mix well, and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- Wash the orange, pat it dry, and grate the zest finely. Then, cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.
- Mash the quark with a fork, add the orange zest, vanilla sugar, and 1 tbsp of orange juice. Mix well.
- Whisk the quark with a hand mixer, gradually adding orange juice until the mixture becomes uniform and reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.
- Place cookie pieces at the bottom of each glass. Pour coffee over them. Then, fill the glasses with the quark mixture, alternating layers with marinated strawberries.
