Ingredients:
- 500g (1.1 pounds) mixed nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)
- 200g (7 ounces) dark chocolate
- 120g (1 cup) sugar
- 6 eggs
- 150g (2/3 cup) butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Separate egg whites from yolks. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar. Add softened butter, mix until smooth.
