Ingredients:
- Chicken egg, 1 piece
- Salt, 1 tsp (5 grams)
- Wheat flour, 500 grams (1.1 pounds)
- Milk, 300 grams (300 milliliters or 1 1/4 cups)
- Butter, 80 grams (80 milliliters or 1/3 cup)
- Sugar, 30 grams (30 milliliters or 2 tbsp)
- Dry yeast, 17 grams (17 milliliters or 1 tbsp)
For sprinkling:

For brushing:
- Chicken egg, 1 piece (60 grams)
Instructions:
Heat the milk to 36-38 degrees Celsius (97-100 degrees Fahrenheit) and dissolve the sugar in it. Add the yeast.
Sift the flour and mix it with salt. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and room temperature melted butter.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes and divide it into portions. Let the homemade burger buns rise for 10 minutes in a warm place, brush with beaten egg, and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-14 minutes.
