An incredibly flavorful cupcake with everyone’s favorite Nutella is a very tasty dessert with minimal effort to make!
INGREDIENTS
- 240 grams of flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp. baking soda
- 225g of room temperature butter
- 100 gr. granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 jar (370-350g) of nutella
- 23×13 cm rectangular cake tin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C. Lightly oil and flour a 23cm x 13cm loaf pan. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for about 3 minutes.
Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the eggs one at a time so that the previous egg fully intervenes before the next egg is added.
Add vanilla extract.
Then, again reducing the speed of the mixer, in three strokes, add the flour mixture, so that the previous portion is completely mixed before the next.
Stir the ready mixture for another half a minute.
Spread 1/3 of the dough evenly into the prepared mold.
Then lay out half of the Nutella jar. You can “twist” the paste into the dough a little with a knife.
Put out another third of the dough.
Then the remaining paste.
Place the last third of the dough on top.
Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until dry.
Cool the finished cake, take it out of the mold, cut it into pieces, and enjoy!
Enjoy your tea party!
