No-Bake "Coffee with Chocolate" Cake

Ingredients for “Coffee with Chocolate” Cake:

  • Strongly brewed coffee with sugar – 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Cookies – 500 g (1.1 lbs)
  • Granulated sugar – 1 cup (200 g)
  • Eggs – 4
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter – 250 g (1 cup)
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon

No-Bake "Coffee with Chocolate" Cake

Instructions for “Coffee with Chocolate” Cake:

  1. Prepare the cream. Over a double boiler, cook until thickened: granulated sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar.
  2. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then add softened butter and beat until smooth.
  3. Soak the cookies in coffee and layer them in a cake mold (preferably a detachable one), spreading each layer with the prepared cream.
  4. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
  5. Optionally, decorate the top with your favorite frosting and grated chocolate.
  6. Slice into pieces before serving.
